How will orders be delivered now?

In the last newsletter, we talked about the closure of EMS in Russia. Everything remains the same, but we do not stand still.

We have already found workarounds, how it is possible to ship via third countries to our warehouse in Russia, and then to all customers. It will cost more, we are still thinking about a surcharge from the client. If it happens, then we will try to reduce the costs on your part, as we understand that it is not easy for you to wait for such a long period either.

The terms will obviously be extended and we will have to rent another warehouse, already in a third country. The most important thing here is that you - the customers will receive their orders.

We will definitely inform you when the first batch will be delivered to us by this method. So follow us on social networks or by e-mail.

Until then, please wait, returns will be made in extremely rare cases, because the goods for most orders have already been purchased and are awaiting shipment from Korea. You should not look at the status "in processing" on the site, this status does not always change. When we ship your order, the status will change to "fulfilled".
