Добрый день! Мы к Вам с новыми обновлениями.
Ситуация в мире сильно изменила сроки наших поставок из Южной Кореи, EMS теперь не работает и нам приходится доставлять через третьи страны, подробнее писали <a href="../../../post/kak-teper-budet-osuschestvlyatsya-dostavka-zakazov" target="_blank" rel="noopener">тут</a>. Но мы не сдаемся и продолжаем работать. Рано или поздно все закончится и мы станем сильнее.
Список изменений:
1. Исправили баг оплаты, теперь статус после оплаты обновляется почти моментально
2. В карточке товара уменьшили количество отзывов, для более быстрой загрузки страницы
3. Исправили баг, когда после отправки заказа клиент не получал трек номер
4. Исправили баг, связанный с заметками к заказу
5. Переработали систему цен и стоимость закупки, возможно некоторые товары подешевеют

В прошлом новостном письме, мы рассказали о закрытии EMS в России. Все остается также, но мы не стоим на месте.&nbsp;
Мы уже нашли обходные пути, как можно через третьи страны производить отправку на наш склад в Россию, а потом и всем клиентам. Это будет стоить дороже, мы еще думаем над доплатой со стороны клиента. Если она и будет, то постараемся снизить расходы с Вашей стороны, так как понимаем, Вам тоже не легко ожидать столь длительный срок.
Сроки явно будут увеличены и нам придется арендовать еще один склад, уже в третьей стране. Здесь самое главное, что Вы - клиенты получите свои заказы.
Мы обязательно сообщим когда к нам доставят первую партию таким методом. Поэтому следите за нами в социальных сетях или по e-mail.
До этого момента просьба ожидать, возвраты будем производить в крайне редких случаях, потому что товары для большинства заказов уже выкуплены и ожидают отправки из Кореи. Не стоит смотреть на статус "в обработке" на сайте, данный статус не всегда меняется. Когда мы отправим Ваш заказ, статус измениться на "выполнен".

The terms will obviously be extended and we will have to rent another warehouse, already in a third country. The most important thing here is that you - the customers will receive their orders.
We will definitely inform you when the first batch will be delivered to us by this method. So follow us on social networks or by e-mail.
Until then, please wait, returns will be made in extremely rare cases, because the goods for most orders have already been purchased and are awaiting shipment from Korea. You should not look at the status "in processing" on the site, this status does not always change. When we ship your order, the status will change to "fulfilled".

Добрый день! Давно мы не выкладывали посты про обновления.
Как Вы знаете, в мире кризис и наша компания очень пострадала. Так как мы закупаем официальный товар в Южной Корее и продаем по всему миру. На данный момент мы активно ищем решения на вопросы: как решить проблемы с оплатой из других стран и наладить постоянную отправку товаров.
Список изменений:
1. Полностью изменили функционал оплаты, теперь все заказы будут с верным статусом
2. В карточке заказа добавил метод доставки
3. Исправили баг, когда пользователь не видел свой адрес в профиле
4. Исправили баг, связанный с отзывами
5. Исправили баг с некоторыми страницами в режиме авторизации
6. Убрали новогоднее оформление
7. Оптимизировали скорость загрузки сайта
